1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Toko Web Jaya platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Definitions

• User: Any individual or entity that registers and uses the Platform.
• Digital Products: Non-physical goods available on the Platform, including software, templates, e-books, courses, and subscription-based services.
• Content: All information, text, images, and other materials available on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Certain services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3.3 Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Identity fraud or false information may result in account suspension or deletion.

3.4 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use. We are not responsible for losses due to your failure to maintain account security.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes do not apply to confirmed orders.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via our payment gateway (Duitku), including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and QRIS. All transactions are processed securely.

4.3 Order Confirmation

Orders are valid once payment is successfully confirmed. An invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email.

4.4 Subscriptions

For subscription products, payments are automatically billed per your chosen cycle (monthly/yearly). You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Products

Given the nature of digital products that cannot be "returned" once accessed, we generally do not offer refunds after a product has been downloaded or accessed.

5.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Product inaccessible due to technical errors on our end
• Unintentional duplicate purchases
• Product significantly differs from its listed description

5.3 Claim Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase via our contact page, with proof of purchase and detailed explanation.

5.4 Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations take effect for the next billing period. Current period fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All Platform content, including logos, text, designs, and code, is owned by Toko Web Jaya and protected by Indonesian copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6.2 Product License

Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage license per the terms stated for each product. Ownership rights remain with the content creator.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense purchased products to third parties without written permission from the product owner.

7. Prohibited Use

The Platform must not be used to:

• Violate laws applicable in Indonesia or your country of origin
• Distribute copyright-infringing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Disrupt, damage, or excessively burden Platform infrastructure
• Collect other users' data without consent
• Use bots or automated tools without our written consent

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toko Web Jaya is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service disruptions due to force majeure
• Business decisions made based on Platform information

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if found in violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through deliberation, or if unsuccessful, through the competent Indonesian court.
